The Barnett brand got its start in 1987, when Paul started barnett concrete and construction in Dallas, Texas. Meanwhile the family business in Atlanta, Georgia was growing at an alarming rate. Due to his family’s request he moved to Atlanta to become the service manager for Hydro Irrigation Systems.

In 2001 due to economic changes Hydro underwent changes and Paul became the general manager. He was the general manager at Hydro until 2014, when he purchased the service department from Hydro. Believing that people wanted a company that specialized in irrigation repair, Paul persued his dream and started the Barnett brand.

Barnett Irrigation Services opened its doors March 15th, 2014 specializing in irrigation repair, drainage, and sod.
